GREENLOOP HD NEUTRAL DEGREASER

SECTION 1

Product Description

GREENLOOP HD NEUTRAL DEGREASER is a ready-to-use industrial cleaning and degreasing product designed for removing oils, grease, machining fluids, workshop contamination and technical residues from metal and other chemically resistant industrial surfaces.

The product is supplied in its final working concentration and must not be diluted with water or other substances.

SECTION 2

Typical Applications

The product is intended for cleaning:

  • industrial machinery
  • production equipment
  • machine components
  • metal parts
  • tools and workshop equipment
  • maintenance equipment
  • production lines
  • transport and fleet components
  • construction machinery components
  • oil-contaminated technical surfaces
  • industrial floors resistant to the product
  • components before maintenance, inspection or repair
  • components before further processing, provided that complete rinsing and drying are ensured

Physical and Chemical Properties

SECTION 4

Recommendations for Use

SECTION 5

Product Consumption and Coverage

GREENLOOP HD NEUTRAL DEGREASER is supplied as a ready-to-use product.

Indicative average coverage: approximately 10 m²/L.

Typical coverage may range from approximately: 5–15 m²/L

Actual product consumption depends on:

  • type and thickness of contamination
  • amount of oil or grease
  • surface roughness
  • surface porosity
  • surface geometry
  • application method
  • amount of product applied
  • contact time
  • mechanical agitation
  • run-off and product recovery
  • operator technique

Higher consumption should be expected on heavily contaminated, rough, porous or geometrically complex surfaces.

Lower consumption may be achieved on smooth surfaces with light or moderate contamination and controlled application.

SECTION 6

Surface Compatibility

The product is intended for chemically resistant industrial surfaces.

Typical compatible surfaces may include:

  • stainless steel
  • suitable steel surfaces
  • chemically resistant machine components
  • chemically resistant industrial flooring
  • compatible technical plastics
  • compatible seals and elastomers
  • validated coated surfaces

Compatibility must always be confirmed before routine or full-scale use.

SECTION 7

Surfaces Requiring Prior Compatibility Testing

Prior testing is required before use on:

  • aluminium
  • anodised aluminium
  • zinc
  • galvanised steel
  • copper
  • brass
  • magnesium
  • non-ferrous metal alloys
  • painted surfaces
  • powder-coated surfaces
  • varnished surfaces
  • polished decorative surfaces
  • acrylic glass
  • polycarbonate
  • sensitive plastics
  • natural rubber
  • sensitive elastomers
  • glued components
  • composite materials
  • porous stone
  • wood
  • leather
  • textiles
  • optical surfaces
  • food-contact surfaces
