Application Methods

Supported Methods

  • Low-pressure spray
  • Manual spraying
  • Wiping
  • Brushing
  • Immersion
  • Circulation cleaning
  • Industrial parts washer
  • Ultrasonic cleaning equipment
  • Controlled manual application

Important Warning

Avoid unnecessary aerosol and fine-mist formation. Do not use high-pressure spraying unless the process has been specifically assessed and appropriate exposure controls are in place.

Basic Instructions for Use

Follow this procedure for safe and effective degreasing. Always read the current Safety Data Sheet, Technical Data Sheet and product label before use.

01

Preparation

Read SDS, TDS and label. Ensure adequate ventilation and wear required PPE. Confirm surface chemical resistance.

02

Pre-cleaning

Test on a small area. Remove loose contamination mechanically where practical before applying the product.

03

Application

Apply undiluted product evenly. Use only enough to achieve complete, uniform wetting. Do not allow product to dry on the surface.

04

Cleaning Action

Allow product to penetrate. Agitate where necessary with a suitable brush, cloth or pad. Remove loosened contamination.

05

Finishing

Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Dry surface completely. Inspect the result and repeat if necessary.

Indicative Product Coverage

Indicative average coverage: approximately 10 m²/L. Typical practical coverage: approximately 5–15 m²/L, depending on operating conditions.

Actual consumption depends on contamination type and thickness, surface roughness and porosity, application method, mechanical agitation, contact time, product run-off and operator technique. The values above are indicative and do not constitute a guaranteed result for every application.

Surface Compatibility

Suitable Surfaces

  • Stainless steel
  • Suitable steel surfaces
  • Chemically resistant machine components
